I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a furnace installation for a client in the area. The furnace is running good, and there are no issues. The client is ready for the winter season and is confident that the furnace will keep them warm and comfortable throughout the cold months.
I was called to a home to check a water heater that was not producing hot water. Upon arrival, I tested the water heater and found that the top element was bad. The owner had just replaced the elements but during the installation, it broke. I gave the customer an estimate for the repair and they decided to complete the job themselves.
